PNB Credit Card:- Punjab National Bank does provide the three type of Credit Cards. Like PNB Global Platinum Card, PNB Global GOLD Card and PNB Global Classic Card.
Any individual who satisfies the eligibility criteria can apply for Credit Card.

How to apply for PNB Credit Card Online

Which Residential Proof can be submitted for PNB Credit Card

  1. Ration Card.
  2. Electricity Bill.
  3. Telephone Bill.
  4. Bank Account Statement.
  5. Letter from employer (to the satisfaction of the Bank)
  6. Letter from any recognized public authority (to the satisfaction of the Bank).
  7. Credit Card Statement.
  8. Income/Wealth Tax Assessment Order.
  9. Letter from Public Sector Employer.
  10. Letter from any recognized public authority. Having a proper and verifiable record of the issuance of such certificates.
  11. Voter ID Card (only if it contains the current address)
  12. Pension Payment Orders issued to retired employees by Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings. If they contain a current address.
  13. Copies of Registered lease & License agreement/Sale Deed/Lease Agreement.
  14. Latest Telephone bills from any telephone service providers and mobile service providers postpaid.
  15. Consumer gas connection card/book/Pipe gas bill.
  16. Certificate from Ward/equal rank officer. Maintaining election roll certifying address of the applicant.
  17. Post Office Saving Pass Book.
  18. Domicile Certificate of communication address and photograph.
  19. Certificate by Village Extension Officer / Village Head or equal or higher rank officer. The Branch to confirm the authenticity of the certificate. And that It has issued by the person who is holding the said office.
  20. Court divorce order – Marriage annulment order issued by Court.
  21. Documents issued by Govt. departments of foreign jurisdictions. Or, a letter issued by Foreign Embassy or Mission in India.
  22. Water Bill
  23. Property or Municipal Tax Receipt.

Any of the following documents, with an authenticated photograph. Thereon, copy verified from the original will enclose with the application.
  1. Passport.
  2. PAN Card.
  3. Voter’s Identity Card
  4. Driving License.
  5. The letter issued by UIDAI containing details of name, address, and Aadhaar Number.
  6. Identity card issued by following authorities (subject to the banks’ satisfaction).
  7. Government/Defense ID Card
  8. ID Cards of reputed Public Sector employers.
  9. Pension Payment Orders issued to the retired employees. By central/State Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings.
  10. Photo ID Cards issued by Post Offices
  11. Photo Identity issued by any public authority. Having a proper record of the issuance of identity proof… which is verifiable from records.
  12. Ex-Serviceman Card with Photograph.
  13. Bar Council/ Medical Association/ Institute of Chartered Accountants of India… Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ Institute of Company Secretaries of India… Card with Photograph.
  14. Defense Dependent’s Card with Photograph.
  15. Statutory/regulatory authorities
  16. Scheduled Commercial Banks
  17. Public Financial Institutions.
  18. Letter from a recognized public authority or public servant verifying the identity. And, the house of the customer to the satisfaction of Bank.
  19. Married woman identity proof with maiden name. If supported with a verified true copy of marriage certificate.
  20. Credit card with a photo together with a statement of such card, not more than three months old.
  21. Registered Property document with photo identity.
  22. Arms License Issued by state/Central Government of India.
  23. Freedom fighter’s pass issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. With Photograph of the applicant.
  24. ESI Card with Photograph supported by latest month’s pay slip.
  25. Talati/Patwari (a local Govt. official) attestation by way of putting rubber stamp and signature. Gram Sarpanch / Mukhiya attestation by way of putting rubber stamp and signature.
[NOTE: If passport having the current address as given as proof of identity. Then, There is no need to give separate for the address.]

Which Proof of Income can be submitted for Credit Card

1. For Salaried Persons: Copies of Latest.
  1. Salary Slip.
  2. Salary Certificate.
  3. IT return acknowledged by IT Dept.
  4. Form 16.
2. For Self-employed/professionals:
  1. IT return acknowledged by IT Dept.
  2. PAN Card or Form 60/61 (with Photo ID).
  3. Pension slip/last 6 months bank statement in which the credit of pension is reflecting.
  4. Self Attested Copy
  5. PAN Card or Form 60/61 (with Photo ID)
All Credit Card applicants should affix. His/her Passport Size Photograph on Credit card applications form. At the space provided.
Applicant should put his Signature across the Photograph.
In a case where applicant opts for a Photo-card.
He/she has to submit more copy of Photograph without putting… his/her signature for purpose of scanning for a photo card.
This applies to both applicants for primary and/or add-on PNB bank Credit Card.

Different Between Credit Card and Debit Card
